Brief Biography

Debora Lintner is the Regional School-Wide Positive Behavior Support Consultant at the Southeast Regional Professional Development Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Southeast Missouri State University with minors in learning disabilities and math.  She has also earned a Master of Arts Degree in Teaching from Webster University.

Prior to joining the RPDC as the SW-PBS Consultant, Debora was a STARR teacher in the Southeast Region.  Her 30 years of teaching experience included work in Hampton, Iowa and Jackson, MO. with her last years spent in the middle school setting.  Her teaching experience along with her STARR training has prepared her to work with administrators, teachers, students, and parents in a combined effort to improve student achievement. Debora’s continued passion for building a positive, safe environment for all students is a perfect fit for SW-PBS.

Outside of the workplace, Debora enjoys spending time with her family.  Her son Dustin is a senior biology student at Truman State University.  She also likes home decorating and has taken up running for exercise.
