Brief Biography

Diane Feeley joined the Kansas City Regional Professional Development Center in July 2009.  In Novemebr 2010 Diane began work as a Secondary / Tertiary Consultant. Prior to her position as a Positive Behavior Support consultant, she taught music for 13 years and was an elementary school principal for 19 years.  Diane has experience in rural and suburban districts.  As a principal, she had the opportunity to work with many programs, including Early Childhood Special Education, Enhanced Learning, Deaf and Hard of Hearing Education, Title 1, English Language Learners, Response to Intervention, and Multi-Tier System of Supports.

Diane and her husband, Roger, a computer consultant, have one daughter, Kristin.  Kristin received her undergraduate degree from New York University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Northwestern Law in Chicago.  She currently works for a law firm in Washington, DC.

In her free time, Diane and Roger enjoy biking, scuba-diving, and working with stained glass.
