Schoolwide Positive Behavior Support (SW-PBS) is a proactive approach to put behavioral/social skills strategies in place for all students while also building in support for those at risk for and/or those who receive special education services.

Brief Biography

Jane joined the Southwest RPDC staff in the summer of 2010 following a career in public school education which took her to Mississippi, Texas and then home again to Mountain Grove, Missouri.  She worked in a number of settings including resource rooms and home based programs, and with ages ranging from infant to upper elementary.  In her last position as a first grade teacher, Jane served on a SW-PBS team and then as coach. She is pleased to be working with schools implementing SW-PBS in the Southwest Region. Jane enjoys family life with two great children, and loves to read, travel, and hike in our beautiful Ozarks.
