Brief Biography

Tricia Ridder  is a Regional Positive Behavior Support Consultant with the South Central Regional Professional Development Center in Rolla.  She will be serving school districts spanning fourteen counties with 69 schools in the South Central area.

Previous to the RPDC Tricia worked as a second grade teacher for five years.  Tricia received a Masters of Education degree in Educational Leadership from Mizzou as well as Bachelors Degree in Psychology from MST.  She holds both elementary and secondary certifications as well. 

In her spare time Tricia enjoys time with her husband, Dustin, and other family.  Much of Tricia’s time is spent on the Ridder Family Farm where she and Dustin reside.
