Schoolwide Positive Behavior Support (SW-PBS) is a proactive approach to put strategies in place for all children while building in support for those at risk for and/or those who receive special education services for behavior.

Financial responsibility of schools:
- Summer Institute expenses for registration, travel, evening meals, lodging, summer school substitute pay (if needed), and other related costs are the responsibility of individual schools.
- Other required trainings and meetings at local RPDC — schools cover substitute pay, travel expenses, and meeting recovery costs charged by local RPDC
- On-site meetings and training — school is responsible for meetings costs
